PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever operation device capable of performing reciprocated operation of a lever smoothly at high speed, and having high degree of freedom of design.SOLUTION: A lever operation device for moving a lever 4 of a launcher 1 from an operation end position to an operation start position includes: an effector 8 configured to move the lever 4; and a drive unit 7 configured to continuously move the effector by an operation line. The operation line contains: a first operation line T1 on which the effector moves so that the lever 4 moves from the operation end position to the operation start position, while interlocking with the lever 4; and a second operation line on which the effector moves on a raceway deviated from a raceway in the first operation line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
