Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is an access method in a wireless communication network capable of integrating authentication and authorization functions for a non-3GPP access network of a 3GPP AAA Server into a mobility management network element; thereby after a UE accesses to a non 3GPP access network, a non 3GPP access gateway can select a mobility management network element supporting authentication and authorization functions of the non 3GPP access network as a target mobility management network element and requests the target mobility management network element to authenticate and authorize the UE. After the UE is authenticated and authorized, the non-3GPP access gateway can select a P-GW for the UE and establish a PDN connection between the UE and the selected P-GW for the UE, thus realizing an access to an EPC network from the non-3GPP access network for the UE.
