PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter formation substrate capable of suppressing reflection of external light and improving the appearance of a display device of a mobile electronic apparatus while power is off, the display device configured in such a manner that a base material surface of the color filter formation substrate is arranged at an outermost side (observer's side) without using a cover glass and that a non-display region is formed in the entire periphery of a display region.SOLUTION: A color filter formation substrate 10 is used in a display unit of a mobile electronic apparatus, with a surface of a base material 11 arranged at an outermost side. The color filter formation substrate has a layered structure in a light-shielding part 13M for segmenting pixels or in a frame part 12. The layered structure comprises: successively from the base material 11 side, a low reflection film 13Mb essentially comprising chromium in which a portion on the base material 11 side is formed into a low reflection layer; and a black resin light-shielding film 13Ma having a light-shielding property that can maintain optical density. |
