PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply into a suction chamber cooling medium containing lubricating oil discharged into a discharge chamber without causing a trouble in adjusting the valve opening of a valve element, while preventing compression at a minimum discharge capacity from being hardly maintained.SOLUTION: A capacity control valve 50 includes a driving force transmitter 59 to be driven by an electromagnetic solenoid 52, a valve element 60 provided in the driving force transmitter 59 for adjusting the opening of a supply passage 70, and a pressure sensitive body 61 to be expanded/contracted in the moving direction of the driving force transmitter 59 when sensing a pressure in a suction chamber 31, to adjust the valve opening of the valve element 60. The capacity control valve 50 further includes a communication passage 71 communicating the supply passage 70 with the suction chamber 31, a grooved part 74 provided in the communication passage 71, and an on-off valve 592s provided in the communication passage 71, and adapted to be closed when the valve opening of the valve element 60 is the greatest and to be opened when the valve element 60 is being closed. |
