PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning light system capable of outputting optimal voice during emergency travel time and non-emergency travel time, and to provide a vehicle having the same.SOLUTION: A warning light system 100 of the invention comprises: a warning light 520 on which plural light emission parts are disposed; a speaker 570 for generating a voice which is recorded in advance; a siren switch 301 for selecting an emergency mode and a non-emergency mode; and a CPU 500 for controlling lighting of the respective light emission parts of the warning light 520 and controlling a volume of the speaker 570. |
