PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type heat source machine in which a waterproof performance is improved without newly adding a rainproof plate or a drip-proof member, and to provide a heat pump type heat source machine in which safety in construction or conveyance is improved.SOLUTION: A heat pump type heat source machine 3 uses a combustible refrigerant and comprises an evaporator fan 19 and a gas sensor 48 for detecting leakage of the combustible refrigerant within an exterior case 25. When the leakage of the combustible refrigerant is detected by the gas sensor 48, the evaporator fan 19 is driven, outside air is taken in from an opening part 51 provided in the exterior case 25, and the leaked combustible refrigerant is diffused. On a side surface of the exterior case 25, a pipeline cover 52 is mounted for covering a pipeline connecting part 50 to which a pipeline from the outside is connected, and inside the pipeline cover 52, the opening part 51 is provided in the exterior case 25. |
