PURPOSE:To form a dotted image indicating the shadow and the perspective feeling of an objective image by a method in which the analog signal indicating the density-distribution of the objective image is converted into the digital code divided into a plurality of stages, and the projected dot with the size corresponding to each stage are formed. CONSTITUTION:An objective image surface 2 is converted into the analog signal corresponding to the density of said image by the scanning of a photosensor 1. Next, while comparing said signal with the comparator with a plurality of stages by an A/D convertor 3, said signal is converted into the digital code corresponding to each stage. Then the digital code after conversion is written in a memory device (RAM)4 at the arrangement corresponding to the density distribution of the objective image. Next, the arrangement of the digital code written in the memory device 4 is read in the order of arrangement, and the projected dot with the size corresponding to each stage is formed on the paper 7 for braille by a braille printer 6. |
