The attachment (H) consists of a continuous, elastic band (33) which encloses the roll of sheeting (3) leaving an insertion gap (38) and which runs between two clamps (26,27). The clamps (26,27) are joined at one end by a pivot pin (30) on which they are moved by a drive mechanism such as a pneumatic cylinder (36,37). Each clamp (26,27) consists of two L-shaped sections between which are guide and deflector rollers (34,35). ADVANTAGE - The rolls of sheeting are wrapped round by a band of easy cheap material which is environmentally friendly.
