PURPOSE:To obtain a pet food useful for health preventing yeast decomposition with an alkali phosphatase, maintaining solubilizing effects on mineral by adding carrageenan, etc., to a pet food containing casein phosphopeptide. CONSTITUTION:A pet food containing casein phosphopeptide(CPP) is blended with preferably 0.1-10 pts.wt. (based on 1 pt.wt. CPP) of one or more selected from carrageenan, pectin, dextran sulfate and mucin to give the objective pet food. The food is preferably enriched with calcium and/or iron. |
