PURPOSE:To provide the omelet-rolling device contrived in the automatization of a work for rolling the omelet. CONSTITUTION:The device 1 for rolling the omelet comprises a bamboo blind 10 for loading a material to be processed, the first fixing member 2 for fixing an end of the bamboo blind, the second fixing member 3 for fixing the other end of the bamboo blind 10, the first lever 4 engaged with the second fixing member 3, the first guide that is provided with a member 5a engaged with the engaging part 12 of the second fixing member 3 and holding a state in which the second fixing member 3 is separated from the first fixing member 2 to open the bamboo blind 10, and that is used for guiding the engaging part of the second fixing member 3 to the member 5a to be engaged, a base 6 provided with the first fixing member 2, the second fixing member 3, the first lever 4 and the first guide 5, a transferring means 7 for transferring the base 6, and the first lever-contacting member 8 which is disposed above the middle way of the transferring means 7 and which contacts with the first lever 4 transferred by the first transferring means 7. |
