PURPOSE:To provide the plastic mouth plug contg. a rubber plug capable of preventing the generation of a core ring regardless of a pricking position or pricking angle at the time of an operation to prick and penetrate a needle. CONSTITUTION:This plastic mouth plug contg. a rubber plug applied to a transfusion container made of plastic is constituted by forming rugged patterns 8 over approximately the entire surface of at least one surface of a plastic thin film part 7 coating the surface on the transfusion container side of the rubber plug.
