<p>PURPOSE:To provide a center paper feed system movable stacking base type cassette enabling the positive confirmation of the set position of a stacking base to the cassette while making the size of an image forming device body compact without requiring the large front space of the device body. CONSTITUTION:A front loading type paper supply cassette 6 is provided with a stacking base 12 for placing sheets, movably in the inserting/removing direction of the paper supply cassette 6; stacking base moving mechanism 19 for moving the stacking base 12 into a paper supply position and a cassette front part position in a device body 1 interlockingly with the inserting/removing action of the cassette 6; and an alarm means 22 for making alarm display when the stacking base 12 is not set in the cassette front part position at the time of removing the cassette 6.</p> |
