<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar control composite transparency having a desired color, an intensity level and a high performance ratio by employing one high performance solar control glass substrate and an element reducing the color intensity of the glass substrate while keeping a high performance ratio. SOLUTION: Composite transparencies 10, 12, 14, 16 are arranged in a CIELAB color space. In the composite transparency 12, a first color layer generates a transparency having a color intencity of C*=6.83. The color of the composite transparency 12 is yet green fundamentally but the addition of the color layer reduces the color intensity of the composite transparency as compared with the composite transparency 10 containing a transparent plastic layer and also makes the color of a final article neutral. The composite transparency 14 contains a color layer further lowering the color intensity of this transparency and the third color layer contained in the composite transparency 16 lowers color intensity to C*=1.19.</p> |
