<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and a cost by integrally forming a first magnetic core provided corresponding to a first coil part and a second magnetic core provided corresponding to a second coil part by one set of magnetic cores. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic core 41 is comprised of a magnetic core 42 corresponding to a coil part 11 and a magnetic core 42a corresponding to a coil part 11a. The magnetic core 42 is constituted by fitting one set of an upper magnetic core 43 and a lower magnetic core 44 each of which has E-shaped side part, and the magnetic core 42a also is constituted by fitting one set of an upper magnetic core 43a and a lower magnetic core 44a each of which has an E-shaped side part. The upper magnetic cores 43, 43a communicate side legs 46, 46a, respectively and are integrally formed as an upper magnetic member 48, and lower magnetic cores 44, 44a are also integrally formed as a lower magnetic member 49 similarly. The integrated side legs 46, 46a are inserted to a through hole 3 and each of plating through-holes 5 to 10, 5a to 10a is exposed from the magnetic core 41 for electrical connection with the magnetic core 41 mounted the coil main body 1.</p> |
