<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve developability, bendability, etc., by incorporating a polycarboxylic acid resin having unsatd. groups obtd. by allowing a specified epoxy resin to react with a monocarboxylic acid having an unsatd. group and allowing the resultant reactional product to react further with a polybasic carboxylic acid anhydride. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. contains a polycarboxylic acid resin having unsatd. groups obtd. by allowing an epoxy resin represented by formula I to react with a monomcarboxylic acid having an unsatd. group and allowing the resultant reactional product to react further with polybasic carboxylic acid anhydride. In the formula I, (n) shows mean value and is a number of 0-10, each of P and R is H, a halogen, a 1-8C alkyl or an aryl and G is glycidyl. The epoxy resin is obtd. by allowing a compd. represented by formula II to react with epihalohydrin in the presence of an alkali metal hydroxide. In the formula II, (n), P and R have the same meanings as (n), P and R in the formula I, respectively.</p> |
