<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove water drop, blur and dust, etc., on the peripheral surface of a cylindrical housing by rotating the cylindrical housing covering a monitor camera and permitting a wiper to come into sliceable contact with the periph eral surface of the housing. SOLUTION: When a motor 10 is rotated, its rotary shaft 10a is rotated and the cylindrical housing 8 fixed to the rotary shaft 10a is rotated. Since the wiper blade 15b of an inner side wiper 15 is brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing 8, the blur is wiped away by the wiper blade 15b when the blur occurs on the inner peripheral surface of the housing 8. Since the wiper blade 16b of an outer side wiper 16 is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the housing 8, the water drop is wiped away by the wiper blade 6b even when the water drop is on the outer peripheral surface of the housing 8. The monitor camera 9 is covered by the housing 8 which is formed out of a material being opaque or translucent against visible light.</p> |
