<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber roll which is free from faults such as the separation of a rubber material covering a core bar discharged from a cross head die from the core bar and makes a one-piece object be separated to the end part from each roll with a rubber adhered to the core bar to be transferred smoothly and stably to a vulcanization process of a post-process. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, the core bar 3 is made to pass through the cross head die 1 of a cross head extruder, the rubber material is supplied on the periphery of the core bar by a rubber extruder 5 to mold the rubber roll, and the rubber roll discharged from the extruder is cut in the length of the core bar.
