<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by a method wherein a lower covering pipe is locked at a fluid pipe. SOLUTION: A lower covering pipe 3b is formed of elastic deformable synthetic resin and two side parts making contact with the outer peripheral surface of a fluid pipe 1 and an upper opening end is formed approximately in the shape of a half-cylinder positioned above the pipe axis of the fluid pipe 1. Thereby, when the covering pipe 3b is pushed against the fluid pipe 1 from below, locking is effected in a way that the two side parts are forced into pressure contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fluid pipe 1.</p> |
