<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent undesirable adhesion to the wall of a die from generating at the time of manufacture, and also, prevent bonding of the composite material from being spoiled due to a contact with oil, fat, solvent or fuel by a method wherein a vulcanized rubber is obtained by a vulcanization of a fluorine rubber compound under being in contact with a polyamide forming body, under a normal vulcanization condition. SOLUTION: This composite material comprising polyamide, a polyamide forming material or a polyamide blend on one side, and a fluorine rubber-compound on the other side, can be manufactured in two steps. First, a rigid forming member is obtained by an injection forming and an extrusion of a prepreg, and in addition, depending on a situation, the rigid forming member is brought into contact with a rubber- compound which is pre-formed, and is placed under a vulcanization condition for rubber. The contact between the rubber and the rigid forming material is performed a press device, an injection forming or an extrusion. Continuously, the composite material is post-vulcanized, and at this time, the vulcanized member is post-heated in a heating chamber where hot air is circulated and fresh air is introduced, in order to complete a bridging reaction.</p> |
