CONSTITUTION:An artificial functional polypeptide represented by formula (X)m-(Y)n-(Z) (X is cell-bound domain peptide of human fibronectin; Y is spacer; Z is polypeptide existing in the sequence and having amino acid sequence represented by formula; (m)and(n)are 1 or 0). Z is a polypeptide obtained by substituting 6th, 9th and 33th Hyp of a polypeptide in human collagen V type alpha1 chain with Pro. Useful as a new polypeptide in the fields where insulin is used. |
