PURPOSE:To decrease the solid content of the sludge generated by centrifugal molding without using a thickener and flocculating agent by incorporating cement and fine inorg powder having specific grain size distributions into the above compsn. CONSTITUTION:The fine inorg. powder (e.g.: Al2O3) having <=15vol.% particle having >=5mum grain diameter and >=3.5 sp. gr. is added at 0.1 to 15 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. cement adjusted in such a manner that the particles with <=5mum grain diameter are incorporated at <=20vol.%, the particles with >=22mum grain diameter at <=30vol.%, and the particles with >=44mum grain diameter at <=5vol.%. |
