PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee high accuracy of a finished surface after electrical discharge machining by making the electrical discharge machining electrodes of an electrical discharge machining device replaceable, and installing a magnetic polishing tool. SOLUTION: An electrode member 10 for electrical discharge machining is removed from a mounting means 24 by a hand control means and is placed on an electrode holder 14, and then the grip part 20A of the holder 20 of a magnetic polishing tool 12 installed in the electrode holder 14 is gripped to mount the magnetic polishing tool 12 in the mounting means 24. A voltage control means 28 for magnetic polishing is electrically connected via a voltage switch means 30 to a coil magnetizing the electrode member 12 for magnetic polishing. A dc voltage is applied from the voltage control means for magnetic polishing from a control means. Thus, by passing a current through the coil, the positioning tool member 12 for magnetic polishing is magnetized to perform magnetic polishing. |
