PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost angle sensor provided with a magnet formed of a hard magnetic material with an excellent hard magnetic characteristic and an excellent temperature characteristic. SOLUTION: The angle sensor is provided with a magnet 15 formed of a hard magnetic material, and a detecting part 17 for detecting the change of magnetic flux from the magnet 15. The hard magnetic material is formed of an alloy containing one kind of element T or more out of Fe, Co, Ni and one kind of element R or more out of rare earth elements, and B, and the absolute value of a temperature coefficient of magnetization used in shape where a permeance coefficient is 2 or more is 0.1%/K or less in a temperature range from room temperature to 80 deg.C, and the rate (Ir/Is) of remnant magnetization (Ir) to saturation magnetization (Is) is 0.6 or more. |
