PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container in which gas generated within the container can be discharged, expansion of the container can be restricted and a changing of only a part of a die enables it to be easily formed. SOLUTION: This container is comprised of a main body of container made of synthetic resin having a pouring port 1 at the upper end of a neck 3, and a lid 4 made of synthetic resin having an inner ring 42 inside of it and forcedly fitted outside to the neck 3 by an external force. The container is constituted such that a protruding curved surface 1a is formed at an inner circumferential surface of the pouring port 1 and then the inner ring 42 is abutted against the curved surface 1a when the lid is closed. In this case, a part of the outside portion at the upper end of the neck 3 is provided with a thick-walled portion 31, and a part of the curved surface 1a corresponding to the thick-walled portion 31 is provided with a recess part 21 for use in releasing gas which is formed under a cooling deformation when the main body of the container is cooled in case of its molding operation. |
