PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit delivery processing without exceeding a prescribed waiting time regardlessly of a transmitting instruction received in the middle of delivering a large amount of multi- address transmission by executing transmission in order by each group as plural groups divided by a destination number restricting value showing the number of destinations to continuously transmit plural destinations. SOLUTION: An administrative server 501 consists of a command receiving part 5011 , a command analyzing part 5012 , a residual destination managing part 5013 , a command transmission part 5014 , and a command preparing part 5015 used also as a dividing means and a transmission means. The part 5015 consists of a destination number analytic part 5016 and a destination number restricting part 5017 . Then concerning a re-sending request instruction, a suited address number restricting value is set to plurally divide the delivering request instruction of a large amount of multi-address transmission. Not transmitted instructions among the divided ones are stored in a residual destination managing part 5013 and successively transmitted but a call originating request received in the middle of transmission is transmitted in advance of the residual multi-address transmission to be deliver-processed without exceeding the prescribed waiting time. |
