PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track the transmission/reception of an electronic mail in a server side by preparing a using reporting mail of a specific file recording the mail address of a user in response to the detection of the electronic mail including the specific file recording an ID and transmitting it to the mail address of the server recorded in advance. SOLUTION: A specific file detecting means detects at least one of either of the transmission and reception of electronic mails b1 to d1 including a specific file such as a stamp file in which a user 20 records an intrinsic ID. A mail preparing means prepares using reporting mails b2 to d2 recording the mail addresses of first to third users 21 to 23 on at least one of either of the transmission and reception sides such as a transmission side of the ID of the stamp file and the electronic mails b1 to d1 in response to the detecting result. A mail transmitting means transmits the mails b2 to d2 to the mail address of the using report receiving server 12.
