<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a loss caused by the plural resonances, surface effects and proximate effects of a parasitic capacitance with an adjacent pattern by forming one turn of loop antenna pattern on a substrate where a power source is supplied with radio waves from the outside. SOLUTION: One turn of loop antenna pattern 1 is formed on the surface of a substrate 4. The width of this loop antenna is wider than 3 mm and narrower than 15 mm and the thickness isη0.5 mm so that the structure based on the ISO standard can be provided. Besides, a capacitor 2 is connected to the terminal of the loop antenna pattern 1 and by forming a resonance circuit from the parasitic inductance of the loop antenna 1 and the capacitance of the capacitor 2, a voltage to be generated on the loop antenna pattern 1 is increased. Besides, an electronic circuit 3 is connected to the loop antenna pattern 1. Thus, even when the frequency of carry is ten odd MHz, while supplying power to be used inside the IC card and minimizing the loss, signals can be exchanged.</p> |
