PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress energy consumption by enhancing heat insulation of ceiling and utilizing heat intruded from the root in winter season for heating the inner space. SOLUTION: The ceiling space S defined by the inside of the root 11 and the ceiling of a building is conducted with the outer air through a first outdoor air intake 01 and with the blower suction side duct 51 of an air conditioning machine 50 through an outlet 02 for utilizing hot air and an on/off valve V1. The blower suction side duct 51 is also conducted with a second outdoor air intake 03 and conditioning air is ejected from a nozzle 25 disposed on the blower delivery side of the air conditioning machine. The conditioning air is circulated in the building and led out from an intake hole 26 to the blower suction side duct 51. The air conditioning machine 50 and a control unit 55 mix the used conditioning air, the hot air in the ceiling space and the outer air led from the second outdoor air intake 03 to produce conditioning air of a specified temperature. A lead out means discharge a part of used conditioning air to the outside of the building. Furthermore, the ceiling space S is ventilated by a ventilation means, e.g. a fan F3. |
