PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform air-conditioning of a bathroom and a dressing room at the timing of taking a bath while protecting the bathooom and dressing room against getting moldy. SOLUTION: The bathtub 3a in a bathroom 3 is coupled through a boiler 46 with a hot water supply system to be filled with water. An indoor unit 10 utilizing the heat of hot water from the boiler 46 for heating and performing cooling based on a refrigeration cycle is dedicated, along with an outdoor unit 13, for a bath room and a dressing room. Air outlets of the indoor unit 10 are provided for the bath room and the dressing room. Furthermore, means 60, 20 for predicting the time when filling of the bathtub 3a with hot water is completed, and means 20, 60, 63, 64, 65 for air-conditioning the bathroom and the dressing room to a desired room temperature at a time predicted by the means 60, 20 are provided. After taking a bath, the bath room and the dressing room are subjected to dehumidifying operation for a predetermined time in order to prevent both rooms from getting moldy. |
