PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify fitting work to an indicator lamp for vehicles, and to prevent brightness of luminous flux from lowering as much as possible, also to enable various printed indicating parts such as a bulb type, a manufacturer and normal voltage, etc., applied on the surface of the lamp to be recognized from outside, further to prevent human bodies and environment from receiving a bad influence. SOLUTION: An indicator lamp 2 for vehicles is directly covered with a cylindrical bottomed heat-resistant cap 1 formed by dispersing a metal oxide and a yellow pigment in silicone gum, and light emitted from the indicator lamp 2 for vehicles is varied through the heat-resistant cap 1 in the range of chromaticity coordinates of x<=0.392, z<=0.007, y<=0.429, further the heat-resistant cap 1 has transmittance of 50%-76%. Thus, heat resistance of the heat-resistant cap 1 can be improved, and cognitive property can be prominently improved by heightening contrast of luminescent colors of the heat-resistant cap 1, also the extremely high transparency of the cap 1 enables an printed indicating part 3 to be identified from without even though the lamp 2 is directly covered with it, further the lamp can be miniaturized, thus a product having a stable color tone without adverse effects on human bodies and environment can be obtained. |
