PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a warp in a case for storing recording disks such as CD, DVD, CD-ROM and the like to be caused under a condition in which an external pressure for restricting stability in operation is added. SOLUTION: Storing of a recording disk M in a case is carried out such that a central hole of the disk M is loose fitted is a position setting protrusions and one side edge of the disk M is engaged in response to its sliding below the inward protruded edge 3 arranged at a circular concave recess 2b for storing the disk. Further, one side edge of the disk M is constituted to be restricted through a restriction sliding lever 4.
