PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the setting stability of a partition member in a case body and clean and remove easily refuses and wastes accumulated on an inner bottom of the case body. SOLUTION: A shallow and wide recessed section 5 is formed almost on the center of the width direction of an inner bottom face of a case body 1, and recessed and projected lines 6 of plane view zigzag shape are formed on vertical side walls on both sides of the recessed section. On the other hand recessed and projected sections 9 corresponding to the recessed and projected lines 6 are formed on both side edges of a base plate section 3a of a partition member 3, and both of 6 and 9 are formed into the biting shape and the partition member 3 is set thereon to prevent the movement of the partition member.
