METHOD OF OBTAINING THE HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGE USING THE LOW RESOLUTION CCD CAMERA

PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a high resolution image using a low resolution CCD camera is provided to reduce a time for a checking by using a CCD camera used as a sensor in a detecting a defect of a regular minuteness pattern and a low resolution CCD camera changing a relative position of a checking object in detail and obtaining an image having a high resolution enhanced compared to a resolution of a sensor used through a compositing by obtaining a plurality of images. CONSTITUTION: A checking object(101) has a regular minuteness pattern. An LxL low resolution camera(102) obtains an LxL resolution by photographing the pattern of the checking object(101). A vision board(103) gains a low region pass filtering image having a (NxL)x(NxL) resolution by combining the NxN number image obtained from the low resolution camera(102). A monitor and computer(104) displays a contents decided in the vision board(103) through a screen.
