PURPOSE: A device for generating a synchronizing signal of a line scan camera is provided to operate a line scan camera by being synchronized in accordance with a motion of an object with a fixed exposure time by providing a synchronizing signal generating device of the line scan camera for outputting an image removing signal and outputting an external synchronizing signal after a predetermined time is passed if a motion of the object is sensed. CONSTITUTION: An encoder(4) detects a motion of an object and outputs a line trigger signal whenever the object moves a fixed distance. A synchronizing signal generating device(100) outputs a pixel reset signal by receiving the line trigger signal, and outputs an external synchronizing signal if a predetermined time is passed. A line scan camera(200) removes an image by discharging an electric charge stored in a CCD sensor if the pixel reset signal is inputted from the synchronizing signal generating device(100), and obtains the image of the object(1) based on fixed exposure time, and outputs the electric charge stored in a CCD sensor as an analogue signal or a digital signal if the external synchronizing signal is inputted. The synchronizing signal generating device(100) comprises a pixel reset pulse generating unit(110) for making a pixel reset pulse and supplying to the line scan camera(200) and an external synchronizing signal generating unit(120) for supplying an external synchronizing signal to the line scan camera(200) after a predetermined time is passed if a signal informing that new line is started is inputted from the pixel reset pulse generating unit(110).
