The elements (28, 44) which make up one clip lock closing part are formed integral with each other and are to be attached to a main body of a clasp by sliding some of the elements relative to the main body. The elements are connected together by connecting sections (62, 64, 66) to form a complete unit. The connecting sections have sections of reduced cross-section each intersecting in a direction in which the main body of the unit is displaceable relative to the main body of the clasp. A holder (44) for a locking element allows the locking element to move between a position where it engages with a tongued plate (20) and a position where engagement is released.
