PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously read pieces of pixel data in rectangular areas at optional positions. SOLUTION: The image data to be inputted from an image processing part 4 via a data bus 3 is stored in a specified address in an image memory 2 by a memory control part 1. In addition, the address is specified for the image memory 2 and the pixel data which is stored in the address is outputted to the image processing part 4 via the data bus 3 by the memory control part 1. A specified image processing of the image data inputted from the image memory 2 via the data bus 3 is performed by the image processing part 4.
