PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have the emergency situation of an individual recognized by surroundings by mounting a crime prevention buzzer and an emergency sound generator as the attached function of a portable telephone set (including a PHS telephone set) so as to actuate an emergency crime-preventing function in a case when the user carrying with the telephone set meets with an emergency situation. SOLUTION: A main body is singly or plurally provided with crime prevention buzzers, emergency sound generators and lighting devices. Namely, the portable telephone set (including the PHS telephone set) is added with a crime-preventing sound generating function or a crime-preventing light generating function. As a call originating function operating this function, a component for functioning in the case of meeting with an emergency situation by behavior such as pressing a switch, pulling out a component such as a strap part by an optional load to work a crime preventing function. At the time of pulling out a pulling out component, the crime preventing function added to the telephone set is functioned. It is possible to add such a function automatically connecting with an urgent reporting destination in the case of actuating a crime preventing device.
