PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching means which is capable of attaching/-detaching a bottom plate and a side plate by a simple operation, and firm in a packing box for transport in which the side plate is mounted in an attachable/detachable manner on four sides of the bottom plate on which an article is placed. SOLUTION: In a packing box for transport provided with a guide frame extending upward on a peripheral edge part of a bottom plate 11, having a fixed wedge whose lower side is a wedge surface on the guide frame and a movable wedge whose upper surface is a wedged surface on a lower end portion of the side plate mounted on the bottom plate 11, and attachable/detachable by moving the side plate in the horizontal direction on the bottom plate 11, and a wedge surface 28 of either the fixed wedge 25 or the movable wedge 26 is formed of an end face of a plate-like tongue piece extruded sidewise from either of the guide frame 21 or the side plate.
