<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator device that can be reduced in the number of electrical contacts with signal lines for inputting driving signals. <P>SOLUTION: In an actuator 25, sets of individual electrodes 3 and common electrodes 5 or 6 opposed to each other are formed in piezoelectric substances 7, and the individual electrodes 3 are integrally formed to construct individual electrode bodies 15. For this reason, when driving signals are inputted to an individual electrode body 15, the driving signals are inputted to two individual electrodes 3. Since the common electrodes 5 and 6 are opposed to the individual electrodes 3, when a voltage is applied between an individual electrode body 15 and a common electrode 5 or 6, a portion in a piezoelectric substance 7 corresponding to the common electrode 5 or 6 to which the voltage has been applied is displaced as an active portion. Therefore, an electric contact with a signal line for inputting a driving signal can be ensured for each individual electrode body 15.
