PURPOSE: A device for testing a normal load is provided to readily test a characteristic of a vehicle component by supplying force in a shaft direction and a direction perpendicularly crossing with a shaft with a bell crank device. CONSTITUTION: An object is installed between first and second loading plates(10,15). An actuator is connected to each adaptor(22,32) of first and second rods(21,31). The actuator connected to the second rod acts and the second rod rectilinearly moves in a shaft direction. Force is supplied to the second loading plate by increasing a load to a second rod as much as a crank rate(a/b). Further, the actuator connected to the first rod acts and the first rod transfers force to the first loading plate. The object simultaneously receives the load of the two shaft directions perpendicularly crossing each other. Then, durability or inherent characteristic is tested while measuring a change state of the object.
