PURPOSE: A frictional static electricity dust collecting device is provided which absorbs minute particle dusts into a dust collecting plate by static electricity generated by friction and collects the dusts. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a pipe body(B) having a dust collecting chamber(G), which ventilates in one direction by having filters(f)(f') and a ventilator(F) between an inflow opening(i) and an outflow opening(u); (ii) a dust collecting plate(C) which is a sealed-type case made of synthetic resin materials such as acryl and serves also as an electrostatic pole plate(p) and is parallel installed on the inside of the pipe body(B) at regular intervals; and (iii) a friction plate(D) which is installed on the inside of each electrostatic plate and is rotated by a shaft(s) being operated by a motor(m), where charged particles of dusts passing through the dust collecting chamber are absorbed on the surface of the dust collecting plate charged with static electricity generated by rolling friction between the electrostatic pole plate(p) and the friction plate(D).
