PURPOSE: A method of forming a protection box for a syringe is provided to have a beauty shape and to minimize a badness rate of the protection box for the syringe. CONSTITUTION: In a method of forming a protection box for a syringe, heterotype films(20), which have PE plates(11,12) of a melting point of 120 deg. and has a melting point higher than 120 deg., are located on upper and lower metal molds(31,32). The PE plates(11,12) are attached by heating and pressing the upper and lower metal molds(31,32) at a temperature less than the melting point of the heterotype films(20). A protection box is obtained by removing the heterotype films(20) on the PE plates(11,12).
