WINDING WIRE FOR AN HVT HEATER COIL AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for making a winding wire is provided to be easy to fabricate a heater coil corresponding to an increased internal voltage condition by using a wire of primary and secondary coils. CONSTITUTION: In a method for making a winding wire, a dual coating layer(20) is coated on an outer surface of a copper wire(15), and an insulation protection layer(25) is stacked on an outer surface of the dual coating layer(20). The dual coating layer(20) consists of a polyester amide layer(21) coated on the outer surface of the copper and a polyimide amide layer(23) stacked on the polyester amide layer(21). The insulation protection layer(25) consists of a silicon rubber layer(27) provided on the polyimide layer(23) and a polyethylene braid material layer(29) stacked on the silicon rubber layer(27).
