PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for incinerating combustible waste are provided to reduce incineration facilities and the managing costs, and to contribute to an environmental protection. CONSTITUTION: A method for incinerating combustible waste includes the steps of repeatedly incinerating combustible waste at the temperature of 1300-1600°C by maintaining the high incineration temperature within an incinerating chamber by generation and fusion reaction of overheated steam and hydrogen by hot air and hot water, incinerating and discharging the incinerated gas discharged from the incinerating chamber in an incineration activating part in which 1300-1600°C of high temperature is prepared, incinerating the waste gas in a waste gas purifying part(700) by generation and fusion reaction of overheated steam and hydrogen at the temperature of 1300-1600°C, and discharging the exhaust gas having eliminated all toxic gas and heavy metal through a waste heat utilizing part(800) including thermal converting devices.
