PURPOSE: A making method of a drink using blades, stalks and roots of Sasa borealis(small bamboo on the hillside) that has various pharmacological effect is provided. CONSTITUTION: The drink of bamboo is made by mixing an extract of the bamboo, isomerized sugar, sugar, citric acid, Vitamin C, spices and food colors with clean water or tap water, sterilizing and filling up the mixture in a can. DHA, calcium or dietary fiber and fruit or vegetable juice can be added to the bamboo drink for nutrition and flavor. A soft drink can be made by adding at least 0.05% of carbon dioxide to 1% or more of the undiluted solution of the bamboo extract.
