Glass sheet with conductive film

A glass sheet with a transparent conductive film, in which the increasing rate of its sheet resistance is 15% or lower even after heating at 450{C in the air for three hours. The conductive film has a thickness of at least 360 nm and the use of such a thickness dispenses with the need for pre-heating in a nitrogen atmosphere prior t deposition of the conductive film, which is preferably an oxide. Numerous methods of depositing the conductive film are described. In a preferred embodiment there may be two intermediate films of thickness 5-50nm disposed between the glass and the conductive film. The coated glass sheet may form part of a solar cell or a multiple-glazing unit.
