Said at least three hinged joints (4) of every zigzag element (3) are spaced apart from one another and aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction of the zigzag structure (1). Every zigzag element (3) extends in a curve transversely to the longitudinal direction of the zigzag structure (2) and the at least three hinged joints (4) of every zigzag element (3) are arranged in three such sections of the bow in such a manner that not all three pertaining intersections lie on a straight line transversely to the longitudinal direction of the zigzag structure (2). The invention further relates to a zigzag-type lamp (1) that comprises such a zigzag structure (2).
