PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical parts attaching structure where a problem on the stick-out of an excessive adhesive is solved when the optical parts such as a lens are attached to an attachment base through the use of the adhesive without enlarging an optical scanner. SOLUTION: The attachment base 2 is arranged in a main body frame 1 in accordance with the attachment position of an fθlens 4. The height of the attachment base 2 is set so as to obtain a prescribed height in the fθlens 4 when the lens is fixed by the adhesive. A recessed part 5 for storing the surplus adhesive which is stuck-out from an adhesion surface is formed in the peripheral of the adhesion surface of the attachment base 2. When the fθlens 4 is attached to the attachment base 2, the adhesive 3 is applied on the adhesion surface of the base 2, the fθlens 4 is placed on the applied adhesive and, then, the adhesive 3 is hardened after performing pressurizing and heating. In this case, the stuck-out adhesive is stored in the recessed part 5 even when the adhesive 3 is excessively applied.
