LACQUER COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT WATER REPELLENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lacquer type water-repellent coating composition free from problem in adhesiveness to a base material. SOLUTION: This water-repellent lacquer composition comprises a silicone-acryl block polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture having≤5 reactive functional group value in the presence of an azo group-containing silicone macro initiator, an acrylic polymer having a hydroxyl group and/or tetrahydrofurfuryl group and a silicone oil and optionally further hydrophobic silica having 1-10μm average particle diameter and being aggregate of primary particles having several ten nm average particle diameter and polytetrafluoroethylene particles having 0.2-5μm average particle diameter.
