PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new galenical preparation settled problems that are very specific fault of macrolide such as cyclosporin, especially stability, medicinal bioavailability and variety of dose response in a patient individual and between the patients. SOLUTION: A microemulsion pre-concentrate composition comprises a slightly soluble medicine and a carrier medium comprising (1) a hydrophilic phase which comprises dimethylisosorbide and/or a lower alkyl alkanoic ester, (2) a lipophilic phase and (3) a surfactant. The medicine may be a cyclosporin or a macrolide. In another aspect, a pharmaceutical composition for enteral or parenteral administration comprises a macrolide and an acid.
